Grade, floodplain, buffers to adjoining residential, and easements that reduce usable area.
Conceptual planning
A conceptual CAD exhibit testing the program against the parcel geometry.
Local development requirements
Landscape, lighting, stormwater, and corridor standards applied by the jurisdiction.
